Point Two, on the ten comparisons illustrating the supremacy of the Lotus Sutra

The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings says: The ten comparisons correspond to the Ten Worlds. Thus, the region situated beneath the mountains of the second comparison must include the realm of hell. The “rivers and streams” of the first comparison must refer to the realms of hungry spirits and of animals. The realm that lies beneath the sun and moon must include that of asuras. The mention of the deities Shakra and Brahmā must refer to the realm of heavenly beings, while that of “ordinary mortals” must refer to the realm of human beings. The mention of “voice-hearers” must refer to those persons in and aiming at the four stages of Hinayana enlightenment culminating in the stage of arhat. The reference to “pratyekabuddhas” must indicate the realm of cause-awakened ones or pratyekabuddhas. The phrase “Bodhisattvas are foremost” must indicate the realm of bodhisattvas, while the words “As the Buddha is king of the doctrines” must indicate that of Buddhas.

These ten comparisons, with their correspondence to the Ten Worlds, are cited on the one hand to show that, in terms of the classification of the various teachings, the Lotus Sutra holds the highest place. But they are also cited when one is discussing the manner in which the single vehicle of the Lotus Sutra was earlier taught in the form of three vehicles. In this sense, the ten comparisons are an expression of the doctrine of three thousand realms in a single moment of life, for it is this doctrine of three thousand realms in a single moment of life that is capable of freeing one from suffering and bringing one joy.

And every evening

With the Angels of the Heavenly Father,

As established by

The Great Masters Of our Brotherhood.

I want to and will do my best

To follow the Path of the Sevenfold Peace.

I want to and will do my best

To perfect my body which acts,

My body which feels,

And my body which thinks,

According to the Teachings

Of the Great Masters of our Brotherhood.

I will always and everywhere obey with reverence

My Master,

Who gives me the Light

Of the Great Masters of all times.

I will submit to my Master

And accept his decision or complaints I may have on whatever differences

Against any of my brothers working in the Garden of the Brotherhood;

And I shall never take any complaint against a brother

To the outside world.

I will always and everywhere keep secret

All the traditions of our Brotherhood

Which my Master will tell me;

I never reveal to anyone these secrets

Without the permission of my Master.

I will never claim as my own my own

The knowledge received from my Master

And I will always give credit to him

For all this knowledge.

I will never use the knowledge and power I have gained

Through initiation from my Master

For material or selfsh purposes.

I enter the Eternal and Infinite Garden

Reverence to the Holy,

Pure and Saving Teaching,

Reverence to the Brotherhood of the Elect.”

17. Since a double measure of bitterness must follow the doing of your own will, do not do it even though you remain in single bitterness. -Sayings of Light and Love by St. John of the Cross

Activity is another name for happiness. Give free, unfettered play to your unique talents, live with the full radiance of your being. This is what it means to be truly alive. Happiness is to be found within your own life, in your thoughts at this very moment. You yourself are most noble and precious. You have no need to be envious of anyone or to long for far-off things. Happiness is not a life without worries or struggles. Happiness is the robust sense of fulfillment one feels when bravely confronting hardship. It is that elevation of the spirit, like an airplane gaining lift from the air resistance against its wings. A genuinely happy person is one who brings happiness to those around them. Some envy and resent those whom they see as more successful than themselves. Others dream of success and social recognition without hard work. All such attitudes stem from the dire delusion that happiness can be gained from somewhere other than within ourselves. What is true victory in life? What is the meaning of true happiness? Who is truly great? The answer to such questions is determined not by superficial criteria such as fame, status and wealth, but by the inner reality of one’s heart. It is vital to have a resilient spirit so that without complaints or feelings of disaffection, one is able to always look on the bright side of a situation and find in it a source of hope and happiness. Such wisdom makes it possible to lead a thoroughly fulfilled life.
Stories of Hope
What is Happiness?
Happiness remains the most cherished yet elusive of all human desires. Ikeda asserts that life can be complete with or without the usual requisites of happiness—family, wealth and recognition. The key, he says, lies within. Read here …
Stories of Hope
The Teachers of My Childhood
Even as the storms of war darkened his childhood, Ikeda recalls those who helped brighten his life by planting the seeds of hope and courage.

Just as a tree that lived a thousand years lasts another thousand years after it has been cut, happiness will continue and endure to the extent that we have suffered to attain it. Though it might be difficult to appreciate at first, the “mud” of our suffering provides the building material from which we can erect a solid bulwark for the palace of happiness within. The deeper the mire of suffering, the more indomitable a palace we can establish. Worth is not found in joy alone. Nor is success the only valuable outcome. Suffering is the mother of realization; worries and failures, so long as we are not defeated by them, become the raw material with which to construct lasting happiness. Buddhism teaches that whatever our individual circumstances, we can always discover the capacity to help others; it also assures us that those who have suffered the most have the right to the greatest happiness. By helping other people become happy, we too become happy. How can those suffering in the depths of hell, who have lost the will to live, get back on their feet? Merely thinking about our own problems often causes us to fall even deeper into despair. But, by offering a hand to someone who is also suffering, we ourselves regain the will to live. Our personality doesn’t determine our happiness or unhappiness, rather it is the substance of how we’ve lived our lives that decides. There is no one in this world who can sail through life without any hardships. Unless we take action happiness will not simply come to us. Reality is tough. That’s why, instead of allowing ourselves to be tossed around by our circumstances, we must choose to face reality squarely, using such struggles to strengthen our lives.

Someone once said, “There are people who are just happy drinking water. On the other hand, there are some who sink in sorrow while dressed in luxury.” Whether a person is happy or not cannot be judged by their appearance. When you look back on your life, sometimes, you realize that the toughest times were the most fulfilling and happiest moments. Relative happiness is happiness that depends on things outside ourselves, such as affluence or social standing. While the happiness such things bring us is certainly real, it shatters easily when external conditions alter. Absolute happiness, on the other hand, is something we must find within. A smile is not a sign of happiness but the cause of happiness. As we work for the greater good, we build happiness for ourselves and others. The more we do for other people, the more the path of our own happiness will open up. In realizing this, we discover a sense of gratitude in being able to help them. One cannot expect to become happy without hardship or effort. Because we challenge ourselves we become strong. To become strong is to become happy. It is impossible to build one’s own happiness on the unhappiness of others. This perspective is at the heart of Buddhist teachings. We each move forward secure on our own earth, not the earth of others. Happiness is something we must create for ourselves. No one else can give it to us.

Where can we find happiness? Happiness is not found in a tranquil life free of storms and tempests. Real happiness is found in the struggles we undergo to realize our goals, in our efforts to move forward. When we draw strength from within, our outlook undergoes a dramatic transformation; everything around us looks completely different. To be strong—that is the key to happiness. Genuine happiness is found in courage. Courage is the gateway to happiness. As long as we are alive we will experience sufferings. But that does not mean we have to be unhappy. Unhappiness comes from allowing ourselves to be controlled by life’s ups and downs—from feeling defeated, from losing hope, losing courage, losing the will to advance. True happiness means forging a strong spirit that is undefeated, no matter how trying our circumstances. The gratification of desires is not happiness. Genuine happiness can only be achieved when we transform our way of life from the unthinking pursuit of pleasure to one committed to enriching our inner lives, when we focus on “being more” rather than simply having more. Poverty is nothing to be ashamed of. What is disgraceful is to have an impoverished heart or to live dishonestly. Being born in a stately mansion is no guarantee of happiness, any more than being born in a shack dooms one to misery.

Happiness is not something far away. It is to be found neither in fame nor in popularity. When you live with integrity, your hearts begin to fill with a happiness as vast as the universe. It’s about being true to yourself and starting from where you are. The truth is that devoting ourselves to others’ happiness is actually a necessary condition for becoming genuinely happy ourselves. The joy of life is to be found not by evading life’s sufferings but by grappling with them to the finish. True happiness is not born of escape; ecstasy based on delusion does not continue. Enlightenment comes from seeing the truth, no matter how unpleasant it may be. Happiness does not exist as an isolated quality, nor does it conform to a single fixed pattern. Happiness is something that breathes and lives in the relationships between one person and another. A peaceful life does not mean a life free of toil and suffering. Rather, it means living without being swayed no matter what happens. This is a state of true peace and happiness. The more happiness we bring to others, the happier we ourselves become. If, as Buddhism teaches, “all is in flux, and there is no permanence,” how do we cope with the world around us? Do we flee from it? Do we merely resign ourselves to the fleeting nature of life? Or do we challenge it? In fact, an appreciation of the constantly changing nature of all things is the key to happiness, for it means that no matter how bad a situation is, it will change.

Leave behind the passive dreaming of a rose-tinted future. The energy of happiness exists in living today with roots sunk firmly in reality’s soil. The exclusive pursuit of one’s own interests cannot bring true happiness. It is in striving for the sake of others that the great path to genuine happiness is opened. Happiness doesn’t exist on the far side of distant mountains. It is within you, yourself. Not you, however, sitting in idle passivity. It is to be found in the vibrant dynamism of your own life as you struggle to challenge and overcome one obstacle after another, as you clamber up a perilous ridge in pursuit of that which lies beyond. When seen from the perspective of life’s true value, whether a person is rich or poor is a marginal issue at best. The truly impoverished are those who are wealthier than others who take themselves too seriously and look down upon the less affluent. Happiness will never be a handout; it’s something we create with our own hands. If you want to build a happy life, you have to give careful thought to the foundations. Happiness certainly cannot be secured on appearances or affectation. Happiness comes down to the inner state of our life at a given moment. Where is happiness to be found? How can we become happy? Happiness is not a question of how you look to others. Rather it is a matter of what you yourself feel inside; it is a deep answering response in your life.

“An understanding of ku [emptiness] helps us to see that, despite how we may see them, things–people, situations, relationships, our own lives–are not fixed, but dynamic, constantly changing and evolving. They are filled with latent potential which can become manifest at any time.”

Chapter Seventeen: Distinctions in Benefits
Three important points

Point One, concerning the passage “Ajita, if there are living beings who, on hearing that the life span of the Buddha is of such long duration, are able to believe and understand it even for a moment, the benefits they gain thereby will be without limit or measure.”

The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings says: This one word “believe” in the phrase “able to believe and understand it even for a moment” is the cause and the seed that make possible the acquisition of all types of wisdom. This one word “believe” or “faith” represents the stage of hearing the name and words of the truth. Hence this one word “faith” is a sharp sword that cuts away the final stage of ignorance.
This one word “believe” means to believe in the principle of ordinary people being able to manifest their original states as revealed in the “Life Span” chapter. And the word “understand” means to understand the actual fact of the Buddha manifesting his original state [as revealed in the “Life Span” chapter].
One can believe and understand in a moment the actual fact and principle of manifesting the original state [as revealed in the “Life Span” chapter]. “A moment” means a moment of faith eternally inherent in life. A person who has this kind of faith and understanding will gain benefits that are “without limit or measure.”
Where there is belief or faith, there is understanding, and where there is understanding, there will be faith. However, it is faith that makes it absolutely certain that one will attain Buddhahood.
Now Nichiren and his followers, who chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, are certain of such attainment.

p.145Point Two, concerning the passage “These bodhisattvas / who have practiced the way for immeasurable kalpas / when they hear me describe my life span / are able to believe and accept what I say. / These persons will / gratefully accept this sutra.”

The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings says: This is a clear statement of how one should gratefully accept the Lotus Sutra. The words “these persons” in their broader meaning refer to all living beings. Thus all the Buddhas of the three existences and of the ten directions gratefully accept Myoho-renge-kyo and thereby attain Buddhahood. Therefore the title of the preceding chapter, “Life Span,” was given as Myoho-renge-kyo, with the words Thus Come One added as a further title. This is to be kept secret.
Now when Nichiren and his followers chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, they do so for this reason.

Point Three, concerning the passage “When a son of the Buddha dwells in such places / the Buddha will accept and utilize them.”

The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings says: This passage is a clear statement concerning the Buddha body that is freely accepted [or received] and utilized, or the Buddha body of limitless joy. The words “in such places” refer to the ground upon which the Buddha eternally endowed with the three bodies stands.
The son or sons of the Buddha are the votaries of the Lotus Sutra. The Buddha’s sons are bodhisattvas, and the votaries of the Lotus Sutra are bodhisattvas. The word “dwells” means to believe and understand.
Now Nichiren and his followers, who chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, dwell on the ground of the Wonderful Law. They are the Buddha bodies that are accepted and utilized. You should ponder deeply on this.

Reading for: Red Spectral Skywalker

Red Skywalker is your Conscious Self – who you are and who you are becoming.Red Skywalker is the skywalker, the time/space traveller who can jump dimensions to assist you in realizing heaven on Earth. Red Skywalker is unlimited in form but often chooses the form of the angelic messenger.

A person who embodies cosmic wisdom may be known as a sky-walker, sage or bodhisattva. When others see such light in human form, they feel the vibration of heaven. This vibration may be embodied by you or experienced with a guru, master, an energy such as Red Skywalker, or in a ‘chance’ encounter with an extraordinary person.

An encounter with the energy of Red Skywalker can spark a deep yearning within you for reunion with the Source. Yet from this place of love and compassion, you also have a desire (embodied in physical form) to serve the light. This is the place in you that has the courage to fully express unconditional love, the depths of your being. Red Skywalker asks you to live the new myth by bringing this heaven to Earth in your daily life. As this reality is lived, it touches and awakens the same truth in others: “They kingdom come, Thy will be done, on Earth as it is in heaven.”

Red Skywalker represents balance in your life – not static balance, but a dynamic equilibrium that includes both your present expression and your starseeded self. In Red Skywalker’s star-glyph you see that the pillars of heaven don’t appear to touch the Earth. You are the element that appears to be missing in the star-glyph. You are the one whose expression of the light assists in drawing the pillars of heaven to Earth.

Joining these pillars in yourself can be viewed as reuniting your male and female aspects. Together, in balance, we create the pillars of the etheric temples of heaven on Earth.

The natural state of every system moves toward balance that is fluid and free, as in dance. That balance is experienced differently by each person, but it often brings a sense of steadiness or centeredness even in the midst of movement and change. When you are dancing, you can use your very state of imbalance to create the fluidity of the dance.

Red Skywalker is also your Higher Self & Guide. (you are guided by your own power doubled)While the line across the Earth (in the star Glyph for Red Skywalker) may appear to be a dimensional boundary, it is actually a semipermeable membrane representing the illusion of separation from heaven. It is the altar on which the illusion of duality is resolved and integrated. This membrance allows the light of higher mind to touch those beings who are reaching for it.Step through the membrance in your own way. You are seeded with the abilitly to do so. Ask in meditation to be shown to shift your points of reference. Align yourself with the one mind and with the galactic vortices in time and space. This creates a fluid new center of gravity that allows you to access naturally the dimensions between the worlds. Red Skywalker is the bridge between realities.

Yellow Star is your Subconscious Self and Hidden Helper. You are a starseed! You contain a holographic ‘seed packet’ of your evolution into the Mind of Light and the energy that directs you toward wholeness. This resonance offers an expanded view of the larger self and new ways of perceiving reality. Through self-acceptance, you are gifted with this journey. Yellow Star is ignition, like a cosmic milkweed explosion of resonant sparks. It is the launching pad from which you can hear the rumble of the rocket of your accelerated evolution.

The energy of Yellow Star may be experienced as a gentle rocking that becoes a floating and spiraling sensation, ending in a rush of feeling as you move into expanded reality. This sensation has been described as gently cascading fireworks, shimmering burst on the tapesty of Creation. Cascade into this unchartged perspective. Flow on the cosmic winds wherever Divinity directs, arching back to this reality wth a new experience of self.

Yellow Star’s starseeded gift is the revelation of the harmony that unites all things. Instead of just aspiring to be harmonious, become harmony. Practice harmony not just as an abstraction, but as a living reality. This practice blends different energies, thoughts, people, and processes. Act on intuitive guidance as to what to combine and when. As you begin to follow your heart, you will know the feeling of being on the return path to the stars.Yellow Star offers you the ability to hold a greatly expanded focus, a unity of awareness that encompasses aspects of the larger constellation of self. An example of this would be a simultaneous awarenss of the desires of the existential self and the truth of the Essence Self. This star harmony encompasses the greatly enlarged perspective of your starseeded self, the part within you that holds the potential of your greatest destiny.Unlike the preceding 7 tones, which were seperate and distinct, Yellow Star begins a more complex harmonic series as it completes the preceding octave. On a spiritual level, Yellow Star begins the development of higher being. The fundamental tones that occur in this series are of a more expanded frequency than those of the preceding seven tones. In this new octave, there is alignment in the harmonies of Earth and the harmonies of the stars that are now being sounded on Earth. Yellow Star is the first in a series of star harmonies that evoke accelerated growth of the starseed potential within you.

Blue Night represents your Challenge and Gift. With maturity and awareness this challenge will turn into a Focus. This is what you desire to learn in this lifetime. One indication of the shadow of Blue Night is being lost in self, being too inward and subjective. Some experience this subjectivity as depression. Yet from this place you can learn to face and free your deepest fears. Instead of resisting this process, embrace it, garnering its wisdom. Go deep inside and discover the positive intent that is held in your experience. What is it trying to show you that you have not been willing to look at? If you can go through your ‘stuckness’, you can find unexpected insights and gifts in the apparent darkness.

A great opportunity for looking within can also be found in recognizing how you judge and evaluate yourself. Self-judgement impairs access toyour own intrinsic wisdom. Judgement of how you ‘should’ be affects your process. Perhaps your conditioned beliefs have become harsh tools of comparison and classification. To “be” is not a specific goal; being is simply the innocence that is regained through acceptance of self.

Freed from judgement and labels, your journey naturally opens to growth. It is OK to make “mistakes” along your way. From life, you have created the “house” you live in and from which you see the world. Now is the time to go within and reveal your essence, to break the bonds of the old structures. In this process, it is only natural to feel vulnerable. You are breaking up the blockages and barriers around the heart of self. You are creating a new “home” in Essence Self, a sanctuary within the serenity of innocence.Self-judgment also intensifies issues of self-worth and feelings of separation. You are intrinsically worthy. Become aware of anything that suggests you are not worthy to receive all that you desire. Self-judgment can seriously hamper your evolution. Love yourself. Remember: beliefs that are ready to be transformed show you the way through their shadows. Be willing to follow your process into seeming darkness and discomfort, to find the gifts being offered there. Blue Night can help to show you that apparent enclosures and limitations are only opportunities to learn.Blue Night may also signal an unconscious fear of change, from deep core issues to the fear of life’s lessons. A unique opportunity beckons and transformation awaits; where the illusions of fear have been separated from consciousness, the gifts of integration and wholeness are found. What appears to be contraction into self will eventually bring you full circle, like the in-yang symbol, into a more fluid and expanded state. Going deep within, Blue Night teaches you its greatest truth: what is contained in darkness holds the greatest potential for light.

White World-Bridger is your Compliment – something that comes naturally to you. In this life-time you are being asked to release and surrender. Surrender is the opposite of giving up. It is freeing yourself from the desire to be in control, letting go of how you think things should be. Surrender is freedom. You are being invited to release yourself from the bondage of preconceived action, to let everything be all right as it is, so that you can live a more inspired life in the moment!

You are being asked to take action in the process of surrender and release. You are requested to die a symbolic death, to surrender your limiting beliefs. Symbolic death unveils the self by cutting away the outgrown parts of yourself that no longer serve you. In such death, ego structures fall away to reveal the garden of the true self. Look for new ways of being, new people, new ideas, and new directions that will move into the vacuum created through surrender and release. Like yeast, surrender enlivens and empowers you to experience more of life’s fullness.

Holding on to past patterns and grievances only limits the possibilities. Forgive yourself. Forgive others. Let go. Surrender whatever limits you. Face whatever you are resisting. In the experience of any loss, it is never too late to complete. Through your willingness to walk in the dark forest, insights and revelations will naturally emerge.Accept the truth of your present situation. Through accepting what is, you are free to go forward. Change and growth become easier and more natural. Each experience in this enlivened state of surrender allows for more joy.

Your Tone is Tone 11 – Spectral Change, disintegration, letting go, stripping away, complexity moving to simplicity.Eleven is the ray of dissonance, the foundation of self combined with the foundation of Essence Self, catalyzed by the point of unity. Eleven is the process of disintegration, stripping away the layers down to your core essence. Unity, the great illuminator, is transforming patterns and structures, freeing you from things that no longer serve your emerging wholeness. Look through the surface appearance of your process. Let complexity dissipate, becoming the blessing of simplicity. With the Spectral Tone of 11, cherished ideals, beliefs, and images of all kinds are being brought up for you to reexamine, illuminate, and transform. Examine what appears dissonant in your life. Let go! Embrace the disintegration process without resisiting or judging it. The rigid walls of your resistances are being broken down. The adjustment of the lower will to the Divine Will is a manifest act of evolutionary consciousness. To project a new archetype at first requires a combination of will, contemplation and visualization. Intensity of purpose is responsible for lifting you from the world of mediocrity into the pulsing world of higher consciousness.
Learning to project a new archetype or to construct a cosmic personality is a living process, growing out of conscious daily exertion and experience. It is dependent on the expression of the divine aspects in the life upon the physical plane.

Chapter 5 • Synchrogalactic Yoga II: the Practices
Chapter 5 • Synchrogalactic Yoga II: the Practices
Day Three: GAMMA
Level 1: Meditating the Ajna (Third Eye) Chakra
Sit in a comfortable meditative posture. Keep your spine erect and body relaxed. With the body
completely still, practice a few moments of natural mind meditation. Once the mind is sufficiently
clear, direct your attention to your third eye or Ajna chakra. Make it as clear and pristine as possible,
glistening and sparkling with vibrant energy. When it is pure and translucent, pulsing at your brow,
allow it to dissolve and transform itself into a two-petalled indigo lotus.
Concentrate on this area inside of your third eye chakra. Concentration on this chakra awakens the
pineal gland, opening our inner vision to the receptivity of cosmic forces; this is the doorway to the
astral and psychic dimensions of consciousness.
The word “ajna” is derived from the Sanskrit root which means “to know, obey or follow.” Literally,
ajna means “command” or “the monitoring center.” It is also sometimes referred to as the chakra
of the mind or the eye of wisdom. The Ajna chakra is the point where the three main nadis (Ida,
Pingala and Sushumna) merge into one stream of consciousness and flow up to the crown center.
To awaken the Ajna chakra requires discipline and persistent concentration. Visualize a dot of light
and stay focused on the single point of light to cultivate your inner vision. The purpose of this action
is to pacify the lower emotions, open the inner vision, and sustain concentration. Cultivation of the
Ajna chakra lifts us to a level of continuing consciousness, creating the possibility for mind-to-mind
communication or telepathy.
This chakra is governed by the feminine principle or Shakti Goddess Hakini (Insight). It holds the
key to intuition, or sixth sense—direct attunement or attaining divine knowledge directly without
the aid of the senses—what is traditionally called “gnosis.”
When this center is finally awakened the body becomes flooded with bliss light radiance that
illuminates all you set your mind on. You are creating a light transmission antennae from the inside
out so that the higher intelligence may connect with you. Once sufficiently disciplined, your inner
vision can be directed to any one of your other chakras to retrieve information, impressions, stored

memories and/or insights. It is through the Ajna chakra that we may see the hidden essence of the
world of appearance: past, future and present at once. When the mind is purified, then the other
chakras naturally awaken.
Ajna affirmation: May we be granted galactic vision to transform all matter into the purifying radiance of
the higher dream!
Level 2: Activating Radial Plasma: Gamma
Breathe deeply through your nostrils and allow your awareness to flow up your nose and into your
third eye chakra. Bring your awareness to the inner Gamma plasma at the center of the chakra.
Visualize the white symbol radiating out to all points of the universe with peaceful equanimity and
equalization of light and heat charges.
Repeat the following while focusing on your third eye: “My lineage is the union of intrinsic awareness
and the ultimate sphere, I attain the power of peace.” Allow yourself to feel the merging of light
(perfect radiant form) and heat (intrinsic awareness) within the third eye. Feel the inherent perfection
and innate self-liberation of peace that always exists in the present moment.
To discover the lineage of heat and light cover your left nostril with your left thumb and breathe
deeply three times in and out through your right nostril. First, flash onto the yellow Dali plasma
at your crown chakra and feel the heat of intrinsic awareness emanating from this center. Now,
cover your right nostril with your right thumb and breathe deeply three times in and out of your left
nostril. Flash onto the luminous red Seli plasma at your root chakra and feel the soothing flow of the
radiating sphere of light. Contemplate the mystery of light and heat.
Now merge the heat from the crown and light from the root together in your third eye, white
Gamma plasma. Feel the pulsing union of this intrinsic awareness (heat) and ultimate sphere
(light). Your entire body and glandular system is pacified and bathed in the warmth of this divine
mother/father light.
Chapter 5 • Synchrogalactic Yoga II: the Practices
With sufficient concentration and practice, the thermic energy from both the crown chakra as well
as the exterior higher-dimensional light universe floods into the third eye and fills the physical and
astral nervous system with radiant insight, reinstating our clairvoyant birthright.
Gamma is the third stage that completes the three-part primary sensory quantum.
A sensory quantum is the first stage building block of sensory experience.
Level 3: Engaging the Third Mental Sphere (Waking Conscious)
Waking conscious mediumship activates third mental sphere.
Visualize the third mental sphere (waking conscious) located in the brain at the anterior portion of
the right cerebral hemisphere above the right eye. This mental sphere generally functions solely with
the third-dimensional self, but in a state of wakefulness it operates at the beta level governing the left
front cerebral hemisphere.
The third mental sphere is the medium of thought, decision and moment-to-moment awareness.
Becoming conscious means to question everything back to its source. True knowledge begins first
with curiosity, a desire to know. This desire to know creates the space for intelligent questions to arise.
With these questions comes the desire to know the answer. The feedback received varies according
to the quality of the question.
This mental sphere governs the power of free will; it is intended to be disciplined by the exercise of
will on behalf of a spiritually coordinated purpose. When this is achieved, then the eye of wisdom
opens and gnosis becomes possible.
This sphere also corresponds to the fourth time dimension: Cosmic cube. Cosmic cube refers to the
highest level of cosmic mastery entering us into higher mental design processes of co-creation. The
most direct way to activate this level of awareness is by practicing tuning the third eye to the Supreme
Being; shining, full of light, pure, perfect and free of obscurations. Keep the mind fixed for as long
as possible on this formless One; the Creator of all Knowledge and Intelligence. Allow your mind to
merge with all of creation.
The ability to have one-pointed consciousness is the key to waking conscious mediumship. When the
mind is concentrated at this point then comes the transcendence of individual unconsciousness into
collective planetary consciousness.
Book of the Transcendence • Cosmic History Chronicles • Volume VI
16 Level 4: Opening the Third Heptad Gate (144)
Visualize the indigo two-petaled lotus Ajna chakra with the white Gamma
plasma superimposed over it at your brow. Hold this visualization and feel the two
intermingle as you chant the sacred letter HRAHA as long as your breath can
sustain it.
Locate Heptad Gate 144 and the Beta-Beta symbol on the 441 holomind perceiver. Its
matrix location is V11:H20, second circuit, 8th time dimension, vertical time cosmic command
ascending. Now locate it in your body at the front of your skull, at the brow (see graphic at the
end of this chapter).
Visualize the Beta-Beta hyperplasma above the white Gamma in your third eye chakra. Take
the Beta-Beta into the third mental sphere in the fourth time dimension (cosmic cube) where it
activates the conscious mind as waking mediumship. Here is the intergalactic channel (BMU 321)
through which the Beta-Beta hyperplasma is secreted into the front, left hemisphere of the brain.
From the third mental sphere, mentally direct the Beta-Beta hyperplasma to the third eye chakra
and impress it above the Gamma seal. Hold this with four alternate nostril breaths (four times in and
out through each nostril), followed by one breath through both nostrils.
Descend down the central column (spine), secreting this Beta-Beta hyperplasma into all 144,000
etheric fibers of the astral body. Practice the breath of fire, rapid shallow breathing through the
nose, transmuting any blockages or obscurations into streams of crystal clear waking conscious
mediumship spreading throughout your entire nervous system.
Spectral, electric blue Beta-Beta vibrates subtle activating force into all etheric fibers. Ascend back
up central channel and leave Gamma at the third eye chakra. Return your consciousness to the
third mental sphere, then close and seal the Heptad Gate at your third eye. Relax and breathe slowly
and deeply at least 13 times.

Galactic Time Cycles of The Dreamspell
For Personal & Planetary Transformation

The 13-Moon Natural Time Calendar is a universal,
modern application of the mathematics of the ancient Mayan Calendar System
as deciphered by Dr. José Argüelles, Ph.d and presented as “The Dreamspell.”
Providing a simple yet profound opportunity to shift our everyday consciousness,
this magical tool invites us live in harmony with galactic time!

People all around the world of diverse faiths and cultures
are unifying with the 13-Moon calendar as a global harmonic standard:
13 moons of 28 days, plus one “Day out of Time” to honor and celebrate
“Peace Through Culture” before each new year.

Collectively, we are releasing ourselves from the mentality that “Time is Money,”
and establishing a new culture of peace founded on the principle that
“Time is Art!”

A Living Language of Symbol, Number, and Color
Awakens us to the Rhythms of Creation.

As a Harmonic Template,
these Natural Time Cycles are Uniting Humanity
in a New Time of Planetary Peace.

Synchronizing to this Solar-Lunar-Galactic
Calendar, we are Consciously Restoring
the Harmony of Mind & Nature…

“More than a Calendar,
Truly a Planetary Educational Tool!”
excerpt from:
Fixing the Time Problem
For cultures around the world, time is measured not by the ticking seconds of a clock or watch, but by seasons, rhythms and subtle shifts in nature that influence and enhance social interaction. People of the Andman Islands follow a “scent calendar,” while a “cattle clock” guides the Nuer in Sudan and myriad sounds and shadows in the forest tell the Karen tribe in northern Thailand when to do what. The compartmentalized, western division of infinity into infinitesimal decimal, digital units is at odds with thousands of different ideologies that consider time a sensual perception rather than a notation.Yet watch, clock and calendar are the global norm. And that, thinks Arguelles, is a huge problem.

Also an academic and an art historian, Arguelles has studied time from many perspectives. “Everything we know about time is rooted in the clock and the clock isn’t a measure of time,” he says emphatically. “A two-dimensional plane divided into 12 equal parts of 30 degrees each is a measure of space—substituted to be a measure of time. All civilization is governed by this erroneous concept that time is something that’s measured by the clock.” Though he’s chucked his watch and clocks long ago, it’s the calendar that really riles him. “The Gregorian calendar is the macro-organizing program of global society—the Chinese use it, even Islamic businessmen and the Dalai Lama use it,” he rails, and points out that it’s an illogical, irregular and arbitrary way to mark cycles. That’s his mild assessment. The more intense take is that it’s a deliberate tool of control that numbs intuition, fosters war and will destroy life on this planet unless we replace it—and soon…

Probably best known for orchestrating the Harmonic Convergence, a 1987 global meditation and planetary peace event attended by hundreds of thousands, Arguelles is the son of a Mexican father and a German-American mother and was born in 1939 in Rochester, Minnesota. He grew up in both Mexico and Los Angeles, earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Chicago in 1958 and an M.A. in Art History in 1963. In 1965 he was named a Samuel H. Kress Senior Fellow and, after studying art history in Paris, returned to Chicago, earning his Ph.D. in Art History and Aesthetics in 1969. He was also a student of Buddhist teacher Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and participated in the Dharma Art Exhibits in Los Angeles and San Francisco in the early ‘80s. He has taught at Princeton, UC Davis in California and the University of San Fran-cisco, and is a member of the Founding Faculty of the Naropa Institute in Boulder, Colorado. He was the keynote speaker for the 13th annual American Art Therapists Association and has been a featured presenter at Esalen Institute, the Omega Institute and the Open Center in New York. Author of numerous philosophical and cultural essays, Arguelles is one of the originators of “Earth Day” (in 1974 the State of California commended him as the “Father of the Whole Earth Festival” and honored his contribution to the art and culture of California). His 1987 book The Mayan Factor was an international bestseller that documented his unraveling of the Mayan calendar code.

Arguelles advocates changing the Western calendar from the Gregorian (named for Pope Gregory XIII) to a “13 Moon – 28 Day” calendar he says is a perfectly balanced solar/lunar measure and would do no less than give the entire biosphere a fresh new start and a shot at peace. “The Gregorian calendar measures the earth’s orbit around the sun, but it’s very haphazard and doesn’t give any real measure, so it’s not a true solar calendar,” says Arguelles. On the other hand, he explains that a strictly lunar calendar is only 354 days in length and that, though most people associate the moon with feminine attributes, societies who follow a lunar calendar from new moon to new moon (such as the Chinese, Hebrew and some Arab cultures) are the most patriarchal in the world. In contrast, he says, “the Mayan were a sublimely androgynous people and their calendars reflected that.” In their heyday, the Maya used 17 different calendars!
It may sound radical but, in fact, such a reform was proposed by the League of Nations (forerunner of the United Nations) early in the 20th century, which considered three of 500 suggested entries. The 13 Moon – 28 Day Calendar was by far the most popular—98% of 1,300 businesses polled supported it. “The League proclaimed in 1930 that on Jan. 1, 1933 the world would have a new calendar,” says Arguelles. “But the Vatican opposed it and mustered the support needed to defeat it.” The two most significant calendar reforms in history were the Julian (in 46-45 B.C., which enabled Julius Caesar to convert Rome from a Republic to an empire, and the Gregorian itself, in 1582 A.D., which is identical to the Julian calendar other than in its calculation of leap years. (The reform did result in the “loss” of 10 days between October 5-16, 1582, though!) “The Julian-Gregorian calendar was imposed as an instrument of power and as a symbol of dominance by European conquerors over the Maya, Inca and Aztec civilizations—all of whom used, among other calendars, the 13 Moon/28 Day count,” notes Arguelles, adding that it was also the calendar used by the Druids, the Essenes and the ancient Egyptians (as the Calendar of [Thoth])…
